What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Design, Scrum) to deliver full-stack web and mobile features.
• Improve video livestreaming infrastructure for web, mobile, and TV apps.
• Act as a key technical leader, breaking down complex engineering problems.
• Advocate for best practices and guide other engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building across all levels of full-stack web applications, from client-side to database.
• Technical leadership experience, coaching engineers and creating architectural proposals.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset willing to provide input and support teammates.
• Mentor mentality, helping fellow engineers hone their skills through code reviews, pair programming, and documentation.
• Must live within a commuting distance of Lexington, KY.

Nice to have

• Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Video processing and storage experience (e.g., ffmpeg, HLS, RTMP, SRT).
• Mobile development know-how, especially React Native or native iOS/Android.
• Familiarity with hybrid or remote team environments.
