TL;DR

Lead SRE (DevOps): Ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of hirify.global US technology platforms with an accent on automation, observability, and incident response. Focus on designing high availability systems, leading a team, and implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in office in the United States, offices in New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco

Salary: $120,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Design and implement strategies for high availability and performance of critical systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated recovery processes.
• Lead incident management including escalation, root cause analysis, and postmortem improvements.
• Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions.
• Forecast and manage infrastructure capacity to support growth.
• Mentor junior SREs and set technical standards.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering with 2+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.
• Location requirement: Hybrid work with 2 days in US office weekly.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes CKA).
