What you will do
- Design and implement strategies for high availability and performance of critical systems.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated recovery processes.
- Lead incident management including escalation, root cause analysis, and postmortem improvements.
- Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions.
- Forecast and manage infrastructure capacity to support growth.
- Mentor junior SREs and set technical standards.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering with 2+ years leadership experience.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.
- Location requirement: Hybrid work with 2 days in US office weekly.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes CKA).
