What you will do

• Support UX Ops initiatives, including maintaining design systems and process documentation.
• Organize and manage design system assets in Figma and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate team rituals like critiques and showcases, ensuring smooth communication.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting UX metrics related to efficiency and adoption of standards.
• Participate in shadowing sessions with a designer and researcher to learn workflows and methodologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and design tools (Figma, Miro).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about process improvement.
