TL;DR

Senior QA/Test Automation Engineer (Fintech): Transforming quality through culture, process, and tooling for a smart saving and investing app with an accent on building shared testing infrastructure, establishing testing culture, and strategic oversight. Focus on designing E2E test infrastructure, driving organizational change in testing, and enabling self-service testing.

Location: Flexible approach to remote working with a requirement to attend one of our offices in London, Athens or Cyprus at least 2 days a week.

What you will do

  • Design and implement shared testing tools, mock services, test data generation, and E2E test infrastructure.
  • Drive testing-first culture, create testing frameworks and standards, define test scenarios, and provide expert consultation.
  • Track and review quality KPIs, conduct QA metrics reviews, audit E2E test coverage, and identify/fix flaky tests.
  • Create admin tooling and documentation for self-service test data creation and comprehensive testing.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in test automation, with a track record of building testing infrastructure at scale.
  • Deep expertise in E2E testing frameworks, test automation tools, and building mock services for complex integrations.
  • Strong experience establishing testing culture and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with proven ability to influence Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and senior leadership.
  • Self-starter who can define strategy, prioritize, and execute with minimal oversight.
