What you will do

• Contribute to and improve testing infrastructure to increase product quality and reduce regressions in AI-first software.
• Work closely with product teams and lawyer users to validate new functionality and strengthen quality practices.
• Build and maintain automated test suites that keep pace with rapid product development across product and AI functions.
• Partner with engineers to embed good testing practices into day-to-day development and CI pipelines.
• Help define and monitor key user flows, quality checks, and metrics, contributing to monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Very comfortable with automated testing tools and frameworks across web, TypeScript, and Python ecosystems (e.g., Playwright, GitHub Actions, Vitest, Pytest).
• Strong experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks in fast-moving engineering teams.
• Collaborated closely with engineers and infrastructure teams to improve testing practices and overall software quality.
• Familiar with AI-powered software and understand the testing challenges posed by non-deterministic systems.
