E-Commerce Intern

TL;DR

E-Commerce Intern: Providing daily support to the E-Commerce team in maintaining and enriching the online flagship store, ranging from site merchandising and product ranking to performance analysis. Focus on managing online product content, conducting market analysis, and supporting back-end operations for an international fashion brand.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (HQ), North Holland. Must be enrolled in a University for the entire internship period. Due to Dutch legislation, candidates must have EU nationality or be studying in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Assist the E-Commerce team in managing the official website.
• Support site merchandising and content management activities.
• Contribute to online product enrichment and translation coordination.
• Assist with back-end operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct weekly market analysis and generate sales performance reports.
• Support research and benchmarking initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a University for the entire duration of the 6-month internship.
• Available full-time, 5 days a week (40 hours/week).
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-moving, international team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the online retail environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
• Additional spoken languages.
