TL;DR
IT Compliance Analyst II (IT Services): Participating in and leading IT compliance initiatives for hirify.global with an accent on providing guidance to management on critical aspects of external and internal audit initiatives and improving the overall posture of IT Compliance. Focus on analyzing and interpreting audit requests, developing and executing compliance reviews, and managing IT risks, controls, policies, standards, and action plans in the GRC system.
Location: Hybrid in Arlington, TX, United States (2-days a week in office)

What you will do
- Lead and participate in IT compliance initiatives and projects across various IT areas.
- Provide guidance to management on external and internal audit initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret audit requests, findings, and reports to consult on responses and remediation.
- Develop and execute compliance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of general controls and operating processes.
- Partner with IT personnel to develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain hirify.global’s IT risks, controls, policies, standards, and action plans in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of audit or technology compliance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, FFIEC).
- Strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to manage investigations with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work/military experience.
- CISA, CISSP, CIPP or other compliance/technology related certifications.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
