What you will do

• Provide thought leadership, advisory, review, and approval for security technical directions, designs, and standards.
• Collaborate between Information Security and Technology teams to support IAM and AI programs.
• Research, advocate, and design new technologies and security products for IAM and AI initiatives.
• Participate in security strategies and roadmaps, ensuring successful implementation and operational support.
• Assess enterprise IAM and AI security controls and report risks to security management.
• Assist security Incident Response and forensic teams in investigations as required.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 6 years focusing on cybersecurity.
• Expert knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as Directory Services, Secret/Key Management, 2FA, PKI, IGA, Privileged Access Management, Cloud IAM/IDaaS, Federated SSO, OAuth/OIDC/SAML.
• Experience providing guidelines and advisories for enterprise AI adoption to meet AI safety principles, especially around privacy and data protection.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and technologies (AWS, Azure, and SaaS).
• Demonstrated experience running an enterprise-wide initiative and understanding all domains of security.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM or equivalent).
• Cloud architecture certification (AWS, Azure, Google, or equivalent).
• AI certification (AWS, Azure, Google, or equivalent).
