iOS Engineer (Design System): Building a high-performance design system SDK that powers beautiful, reliable experiences across hirify.global apps, with an accent on creating the foundation for Design and Product teams to move faster with reusable, efficient, and reliable components. Focus on defining and implementing elegant solutions, maintaining visual guidelines, and prototyping new user interactions based on feedback.

Location: Remote work is available from Cyprus, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UAE. Office locations are in Dublin, Krakow, London, Madrid, and Porto.

Salary: Krakow/Poland: PLN22,600-PLN31,600 gross monthly. Lithuania: €4,800-€7,000 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• Assist in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release.
• Define and implement elegant solutions to interesting problems.
• Help to define and maintain visual guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the app.
• Prototype new user interactions and iterations based on feedback from peers.

Requirements

• English: C1 required.
• 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
• Deep understanding of the iOS SDK.
• Experience working with design system teams.
• Experience working on apps which support iOS devices.
• Experience collaborating on software projects with design and backend aspects.
• At least one published app available to download in an app store.

Nice to have

• Insightful opinions about developing for mobile.
• A GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or open-source projects.
• Experience in TDD.
