What you will do

• Build a new dynamic, scalable, software-defined, and automated network solution for data centres.
• Redefine delivery and operational capabilities using DevOps principles and technologies.
• Integrate and optimize network toolsets for future operations.
• Take the Software Defined Data Centre concept from proof of concept to a fully integrated managed service.

Requirements

• Technical experience with Cisco Data Centre Network architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Advanced Cisco Infrastructure (Cisco ACI).
• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of Terraform and cloud-native provisioning templates.
• Ability to commute to a hub location (Leeds or Manchester, UK) 1-2 days a week.

Nice to have

• Understanding of modern networking components.
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls and F5 Services (GTM, LTM, WAF) integration with Cisco ACI.
