What you will do

• Lead technical design and evolution of large-scale, full-stack systems using React and Node.js (NestJS).
• Act as a technical authority, setting standards for architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and coach engineers at multiple levels, supporting their technical growth.
• Lead by example through hands-on development, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Designers to align delivery with business outcomes.
• Take ownership of critical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and addressing technical debt and scaling challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including advanced React and Node.js (NestJS).
• Strong experience leading technical design and influencing architecture across multiple teams or systems.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile delivery, and modern engineering practices.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and DevOps practices.
