Fullstack Engineer (Node.js)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications within the sheet music ecosystem.
• Enhance the proprietary Sheet Music Core engine and OMR system to improve accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and adherence to Agile best practices.
• Integrate back-end services with front-end applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong back-end focus.
• Proven system design skills for scalable back-end systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data structures.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Firebase (auth).
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with US-based Customers.

Nice to have

• Mobile app development experience (cross-platform) with CapacitorJS or similar.
• Experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Apple Developer and Google Play Developer platforms.
• Experience in the music domain.
