What you will do

• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on server-side logic and database management.
• Hands-on experience integrating or working with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or both.

• Experience with backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Apex).
