What you will do

• Conceptualize and design new features in collaboration with stakeholders across teams.
• Improve existing features through a data-driven, iterative design process.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for testing and validation.
• Translate user research and insights into actionable design decisions.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer and readiness for a senior level.
• Strong passion for user experience, design processes, and innovation.
• Highly experienced in Figma and confident in managing the full UX design flow.
• Ability to validate concepts through user insights, data, and testing.
• Genuine interest in sports and digital sports products.
• Solid experience leveraging AI tools in design work.
• Fluent in English for collaboration and communication.
