What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and vision for the Digital Trust product line, combining hands-on development with experimentation and prototyping.
• Ensure long-term architectural integrity while driving tactical improvements with product and engineering managers.
• Lead cross-cutting engineering initiatives and act as a mentor to other technical roles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams during planning and align with customer success, security, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve engineering skills and consistency across products.
• Support the hiring process by shaping technical evaluation standards and mentoring interviewers.

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stellar engineering practice, driving innovation and execution.
• Experience building/working on cloud-native SaaS systems.
• Proficiency in developing and operating distributed systems that need to operate 24/7 with ultra-low latencies.
• Experience with microservice-based architecture.
• Ability to promote a DevOps mindset with automation, observability, and operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a critical mindset to drive scalable technical solutions.
