Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Provide deep technical leadership within the Communication Area, focusing on AAC content modeling, language development, accessibility, and cross-platform architecture.
• Drive alignment through inclusive, transparent decision-making with engineering, design, and product partners.
• Mentor senior engineers, offering architectural guidance and supporting their technical growth.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Technical Leads, and Product Designers to balance short-term needs with long-term scalability.
• Champion high technical standards by supporting architecture reviews, improving documentation, and strengthening cross-team collaboration.
• Identify and help shape modernization strategies for legacy components and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 7–10 years of development experience.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, preferably C++, C#, and Swift.
• Extensive experience in software architecture and designing scalable systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in the Stockholm office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in AAC, accessibility, or hardware-integrated systems.
• Background working across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Experience with eye-tracking technology.
