Location: The role requires living in Sweden and visiting the Stockholm office on a monthly basis.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary plus a bonus model.

What you will do

• Partner with sales to provide support, guidance and technical leadership to prospective or existing customers with strong sales engineering acumen.
• Actively take part in sales to showcase, present, and demonstrate the hirify.global value, outcomes, and use cases.
• Act as a leading technical expert and trusted advisor in the sales process, including technical discovery, value assessments, demos, proof-of-values/pilots, and RFI/RFPs.
• Engage directly with various customer personas (technical and C-level stakeholders).
• Help and guide customer organizations and development teams to success.
• Provide a feedback loop to the hirify.global product organization.

Requirements

• Experience in sales engineering or presales solutions architecture.
• Previous employment in a software company that builds or outsources integrations.
• Proven track record in supporting successful sales teams to land new business and meet customer requirements.
• Hands-on software or architecture development experience.
• History of implementing and using various integration and architectural patterns (e.g. APIs, ETLs, event-driven, AI solutions).
• Strong cloud platforms knowledge.
• Must live in Sweden.
• Fluency in Swedish and professional written and spoken English.
