• Create high-quality, realism-driven 3D assets meeting visual and performance constraints.
• Specialize in sub-disciplines like environment, character, modeling, rigging, or animation.

• Maintain and optimize existing 3D art systems and assets.
• Apply user-centered design principles to all 3D art outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating realism-based art style.
• Proven experience shipping AAA games or AR/VR experiences.
• Proficiency in Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
