What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Node.js-based services and tools for cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and server-side applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks in cloud-based systems.
• Contribute to system architecture design and ensure best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer with strong Node.js skills (TypeScript preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS; Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Expertise in Node.js frameworks like Express.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and data structures.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work on some Python-based components.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
• Previous experience in infrastructure or architecture teams.
