Project Manager (Calypso)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and manage project lifecycle phases including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage project risks, resource planning, and ensure compliance with legal, audit, risk management, and central bank regulations.
• Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and Project Board/Steer Co. meetings, ensuring effective communication and resource availability.
• Organize workshops and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Drive conflict resolution and implement lessons learned to improve project management processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivery.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies including agile and waterfall.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills with ability to secure buy-in and manage change.
• Experience in complex change management programs, business transformation, and strategy execution.
• Basic understanding of capital markets and stakeholder management.
