What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, DevOps, QA, and Frontend—to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience, with strong focus on Java 8+ and Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed system design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid experience with caching, messaging queues (Kafka), and asynchronous processing.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with reactive programming (e.g., Spring WebFlux, Reactor).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
