What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies focused on measurable impact
• Provide strategic consulting and sparring to clients to meet their goals
• Analyze campaign performance across short and long term horizons
• Collaborate with client services on setup and optimization strategies
• Contribute to team development and share knowledge across the company
• Initiate and implement new templates and processes to improve workflows
• Participate in new business opportunities and pitches

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden
• 4-6 years of experience in Paid Social, preferably agency or complex in-house setup
• Proven experience defining platforms, budgets, and KPIs for large scale media campaigns
• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Consultative mindset and ability to work independently
