Technical Product Lead (Fintech): Owning and scaling customer-facing and internal products that require centralized Backoffice and Operations involvement with an accent on designing, launching, and improving processes, tools, and interfaces. Focus on enabling seamless execution of debit and deposit products across online and offline channels.

Location: Manila, Philippines. Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of all processes and tools involving centralized Backoffice.
• Design and launch interaction tools and workflows between Relationship Managers (RMs) and Operations.
• Lead operational launches of debit products, including debit cards and cheque books.
• Own Backoffice workflows for complex customer cases escalated from digital support and branch frontline teams.
• Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management / Product Operations / Business Systems.
• Strong experience in banking, fintech, or ops-heavy financial products.
• Proven track record of launching products or processes with heavy Operations involvement.
• Ability to work with complex workflows, SLAs, and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Fluent English (working language), B2 and higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM / BPM / case management systems and core banking integrations.
• Background in retail or premium banking.
• Experience acting as a bridge between business and engineering.
