Level PvE Designer (Game Development): Creating new PvE co-op maps for Pixel Gun 2, from prototyping to final implementation in Unity. With an accent on owning level design tasks end-to-end, configuring bots and their behavior, and collaborating with art and development teams. Location: Remote, with options to work from offices in Yerevan or Cyprus. Official employment requires presence or work authorization in Armenia or Cyprus. Relocation package and assistance with obtaining residence permits in Armenia are available.

hirify.global is a development studio within the GDEV holding, creating unique pixel-style games, including the popular Pixel Gun 3D, and currently working on the cross-platform PvP arena shooter, Pixel Gun 2.

What you will do

• Create new PvE co-op maps from prototyping to final implementation in the Unity editor.
• Own level design tasks end-to-end, from initial concept through implementation to post-release evaluation.
• Configure bots, including their behavior, routes, and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with Art and Development teams to bring levels to a polished, final state.
• Run level playtests, collect feedback, and iterate to improve gameplay quality.
• Analyze player feedback and game analytics, and implement improvements based on data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the game industry, preferably on shooter projects.
• Hands-on experience creating PvE maps, ideally for mobile or PC games.
• Strong understanding of PvE co-op and PvP level design principles.
• Solid experience working with Unity and greyboxing tools (e.g., ProBuilder, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate and document design ideas.
• Ability to analyze feedback and data, and to propose and implement meaningful improvements.
