What you will do
- Create new PvE co-op maps from prototyping to final implementation in the Unity editor.
- Own level design tasks end-to-end, from initial concept through implementation to post-release evaluation.
- Configure bots, including their behavior, routes, and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with Art and Development teams to bring levels to a polished, final state.
- Run level playtests, collect feedback, and iterate to improve gameplay quality.
- Analyze player feedback and game analytics, and implement improvements based on data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the game industry, preferably on shooter projects.
- Hands-on experience creating PvE maps, ideally for mobile or PC games.
- Strong understanding of PvE co-op and PvP level design principles.
- Solid experience working with Unity and greyboxing tools (e.g., ProBuilder, 3ds Max, Blender).
- Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate and document design ideas.
- Ability to analyze feedback and data, and to propose and implement meaningful improvements.
