• Lead the ML infrastructure roadmap and drive innovation in real-time and batch inference.
• Architect scalable Kubernetes and AWS pipelines.
• Automate MLOps lifecycles for predictive platforms.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and establish organization-wide best practices.
• Translate complex ML concepts into actionable business KPIs.
• Engineer experiences of tomorrow as part of a cross-functional development team.

Requirements

• Expertise in AWS and Python is essential.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, MLOps, Kafka, and Stream Processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Go.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Demonstrated strategic design and agile leadership skills.
• Proven ability in PoC validation and mentoring.
• English proficiency is required.
