What you will do

• Write and structure documentation for Change & Quality Management processes for Platform Products.
• Use AI agents to assist Product and Engineering stakeholders in traceability and visualization of the end-user value flow.
• Coach Product Teams across hirify.global on effectively visualizing the end-user value flow.
• Gain experience in Product Management and Program Management methodologies in a product-led business environment.
• Contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement to the team, hirify.global, and customers.
• Possibly lead a small internal project aimed at enhancing Change & Quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline with proven knowledge of data analytics.
• Leadership behaviour with a strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and planning skills.
• An open and proactive self-starter attitude with a passion for technology and software systems.
• Data analytics background with a strong (agentic) AI component.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Product Management methodologies in a software and services context (Agile, Lean).
• Experience with JIRA / PowerBI and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
