Location: This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.

What you will do

• Improve global communication between Art, Code, and Design disciplines to ensure clear workflows.
• Collaborate with Artists, Leads, and Directors to schedule, track, and complete team goals.
• Triage requests, assign, prioritize, and track tasks using in-house project management tools.
• Assist development teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress.
• Ensure meetings are properly documented and actioned, and help manage the flow of assets and information.
• Maintain an active awareness of team goals and timelines, managing asset data in internal databases.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in a related discipline with 2+ years experience working within QA or Production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) and ability to work with large datasets.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely in a team setting and with other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for game development and project management.
• Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.

Nice to have

• Production experience working in game, entertainment, tech, or similar creative industry.
• Genuine enthusiasm for video games, especially Rockstar titles.
• Experience with Shotgrid, Confluence, or other project tracking and bug database software.
• Knowledge and understanding of car culture.
