Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France, with mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Remote work allowed for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product) and support business hiring as needed.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across global offices to understand technical needs and craft effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent using creative and data-driven approaches.
  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Champion best-in-class hiring practices and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Above all, integrity.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring (software engineering, backend, frontend, DevOps, blockchain, or infrastructure).
  • Proven success recruiting across international markets (UK, Europe, Asia, LatAm, or Africa).
  • A self-motivated, tenacious, and delivery-focused mindset; operate with urgency and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple global searches simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; build trust and influence hiring decisions.

Nice to have

  • Agency or in-house experience (mix of both is ideal).
