What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product) and support business hiring as needed.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across global offices to understand technical needs and craft effective hiring strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent using creative and data-driven approaches.
- Drive the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Champion best-in-class hiring practices and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and tools.
Requirements
- Above all, integrity.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring (software engineering, backend, frontend, DevOps, blockchain, or infrastructure).
- Proven success recruiting across international markets (UK, Europe, Asia, LatAm, or Africa).
- A self-motivated, tenacious, and delivery-focused mindset; operate with urgency and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple global searches simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; build trust and influence hiring decisions.

- Agency or in-house experience (mix of both is ideal).
