What you will do

• Design and develop machine learning and AI solutions, including generative AI applications (leveraging LLMs and multimodal foundation models).
• Build and maintain production-ready pipelines using modern MLOps practices.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Contribute to improving sustainable and ethical AI implementation.
• Work in cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and domain experts.
• Take part in client workshops and technical discovery sessions.

Requirements

• A few years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or data engineering.
• Solid Python skills and experience with modern ML/GenAI libraries and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain/LangGraph) and MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Experience deploying ML or AI models into production environments.
• Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and integration with backend systems.
• Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Fluent professional English and Finnish required.
