What you will do
- Join an engineering team to develop and implement real features, from frontend experience to backend functionality or new solutions.
- Develop and implement machine learning solutions, including classical ML and generative AI (e.g., agentic AI tools, text classification, record linkage).
- Grow your skills by writing production-quality code and contributing to actual user-facing features.
- Learn how a software engineering team operates day-to-day, including code reviews, planning, testing, and deployments.
- Grow your expertise in NLP with rich, real-world data from hirify.global's extensive customer base.
- Collaborate closely with and learn from experienced teammates, making meaningful contributions.
Requirements
- Some experience in coding and other aspects of software development (e.g., UI design, testing).
- Eagerness to learn how software is built for long-term sustainability.
- A machine learning approach to problem-solving; familiar with features, labels, data points, and optimization.
- Comfortable with Python and data workflows.
- Fluent English skills, as English is the working language.
- Eligible to work in Finland.

- Mid–to-final stages of studies in an Engineering field or related.
