What you will do

• Deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, secure, efficient code, perform thorough testing and debugging, and optimize for scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and improve code quality and testing practices across the team.
• Tackle complex architectural and performance problems in high-load environments.
• Drive architecture discussions and influence technical decisions across the department.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and contribute to internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional, commercial experience with Go, ideally in financial/market-based software development or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of React Native and/or Electron.
• Experience with high-load, concurrency, and multithreading backend systems and microservice development.
• Solid knowledge of modern development practices (version control, CI/CD, software testing) and DevOps tools.
• English level B2+ required.
