🌟 Import / Purchase Executive 🌟

The Purchase / Import Executive supports the procurement and import operations of the company by coordinating with suppliers, preparing documentation, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong communication skills in Russian and English, attention to details and solid excel proficiency.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Support
•⁠  ⁠Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from local and international suppliers.
•⁠  ⁠Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain updated supplier databases, price lists, and product information.
•⁠  ⁠Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
Import & Logistics Coordination
•⁠  ⁠Prepare and verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and HS codes.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
•⁠  ⁠Track shipments and update internal teams on expected arrival dates.
•⁠  ⁠Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Inventory & Data Management
•⁠  ⁠Update stock records and assist in monitoring inventory levels.
•⁠  ⁠Support demand planning by using accurate data.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain organized digital and physical records of all procurement and import documents.
Reporting & Excel Tasks
•⁠  ⁠Prepare basic cost comparisons and supplier evaluation sheets.
•⁠  ⁠Update procurement trackers, shipment logs, and delivery schedules.
•⁠  ⁠Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review.

💼 Qualifications & Experience:

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
•⁠  ⁠1–2 years of experience in procurement or import operations (UAE experience preferred).
•⁠  ⁠Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
•⁠  ⁠Basic understanding of Incoterms, shipping documents, and customs procedures.
•⁠  ⁠Good communication and coordination skills.
•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
