Salary: $120,000–$189,000 annually

What you will do

• Contribute to the requirements and development of advanced distributed ML architectures, pipelines, tools, and algorithms.
• Integrate and evaluate advanced ML technologies, platforms, and frameworks, balancing performance and cost constraints.
• Establish strong processes, quality controls, and ethical standards for analytic development and product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and influence analytic and software designs for hirify.global Platform integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years’ industry experience in analytic software, data engineering, or machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, software design principles, and best practices like agile development and continuous integration.
• Strong competency in two or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience working with distributed computing platforms and frameworks, SQL, and No-SQL databases.
• Working knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
• Experience working in a Linux environment and proficiency with Linux scripting languages.
