InfluenceMarketing Manager
 
 🌍 We’re looking for an Influencer Lead Generation Manager who will play a key role in our influencer acquisition funnel. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and keeping the pipeline active.
 Your main focus will be working with our CRM database of influencers - managing leads, sending outreach messages across various channels, and ensuring smooth communication at every stage of the funnel. You'll be responsible for engaging potential partners, nurturing relationships, and optimizing outreach strategies to maximize conversions.

 🔼 What you will be doing
 Manage and optimize the influencer lead funnel in CRM, ensuring the database is organized and up to date;
 Engage with influencers through various channels like email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, fostering ongoing communication;
 Nurture leads by crafting and sending effective cold emails, warm-up messages, and timely follow-ups to move them through the funnel;
 Write clear, compelling, and professional outreach messages in English, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategy;
 Track and analyze performance metrics – working closely with the team to monitor KPIs such as influencer engagement and pipeline growth;
 Leverage AI tools like GPT chat to optimize messaging and streamline communication processes.
 
 🔼 What we are looking for
 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, lead generation, or a similar role;
 Strong writing and business communication skills in English – able to craft clear, professional, and engaging messages;
 Proven ability to manage databases and sales funnels efficiently, with a systematic approach to tracking and nurturing leads;
 Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking, ensuring CRM data is organized and up to date;
 Flexibility and creativity in developing and adapting communication strategies across various channels;
 Experience in content writing or creating compelling copy is a plus.
