We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast-growing marketing function in Dubai, for the Kazakhastan market.

What you will do

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies for Kazakhstan.
• Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing & rollout plans.
• Launch marketing campaigns, evaluate success based on KPIs, and provide support for marketing events.
• Assist the marketing and business development functions with market research.
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a business-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native Kazakh and Russian speaker and very good knowledge of English.
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features, along with strong digital marketing skills.
• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a highly organised approach.
