What you will do

• Design and build reliable but simple solutions to complex problems at scale.
• Own the code and services you deploy, observe performance, and identify emerging problems.
• Assess and resolve production incidents that arise in the components your team manages.
• Help scale to the next level of growth and reliability as new enterprise clients are onboarded.
• Research and propose new technologies to apply.
• Provide constructive criticism in a way that builds the team's overall strength.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years as a Team/Tech Lead.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery processes, and production support.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, or similar).
• Strong skills in system design and data modeling.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational database performance optimization.
• Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript and modern stack such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Solid experience with microservices, distributed messaging systems, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD.
• Experience writing unit tests and building maintainable, testable code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience with Vue.js.
