It Consultant (Junior - Mid)

TL;DR

IT Consultant (Junior - Mid): Participating in an agile team that designs, deploys, customizes, and supports the development and implementation of large-scale applications or projects related to Enterprise solutions with an accent on gathering business requirements and performing fit/gap analysis. Focus on acting as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicating customer issues to the relevant technical teams.

What you will do

• Participate and lead workshops with customers to gather business requirements and perform fit/gap analysis.
• Write project deliverables and map user requirements to system capabilities.
• Coordinate with the developers' team for software customizations.
• Execute tests with manual, semi-automated, or automated methods, track outputs, and monitor resolution.
• Participate in User Acceptance Tests (UAT), support activities, and serve as a point of contact for Customer’s Users.
• Prepare test analysis reporting with a clear view of the qualitative status and offer consulting services.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a relative discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Consulting, Business Analysis, Manual or Automation Testing
• Analytical thinking personality with problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and strong presentation skills
• Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
• Fluency in the English language

• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience in IT consulting and systems implementation
• Experience with Business Process Models and Notation
• Experience with Business Rules Management System
