What you will do
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition (UA) strategies across multiple regions, channels, and products, with full ownership of performance.
- Manage and efficiently allocate large budgets to achieve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback targets.
- Conduct deep analysis of funnels, cohorts, retention, and unit economics to identify growth levers.
- Lead hypothesis pipelines and run structured A/B tests for creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, BI, and creative teams to align on goals and ensure cross-functional execution.
- Develop and optimize SKAN schemas, conversion values, and migration strategies under Privacy Sandbox, while exploring new UA channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition/performance marketing for mobile products.
- Proven experience leading a region or multiple geos, with the ability to set direction, drive strategy, and deliver measurable growth.
- Deep expertise in major paid channels including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in funnel diagnostics, cohorts, financial metrics, unit economics, and advanced knowledge of MMPs and attribution models (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox).
- Confident working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and advanced Google Sheets.
- Fluent English is required for cross-regional interaction.
