What you will do

• Develop and scale the classified business model platform via new features and growth points.
• Identify pain points in the product flow and propose solutions.
• Encourage data-driven decisions across Intercity.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams.
• Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities.
• Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and present analytical findings.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking.
• Strong mathematical background with statistics and optimization theory.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries.
• Proficiency in SQL for working with large data sets.
• Experience in creating BI reports (Plotly, Redash, Tableau).
• Professional working proficiency in English
