What you will do

• Own the delivery and outcomes of a specific product area across multiple product teams.
• Partner with Product on creating the engineering roadmap.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring predictable execution and alignment.
• Provide architecture and design guidance across teams and drive cross-team technical initiatives.
• Oversee incident management, postmortems, and guide teams in managing technical debt.
• Directly manage Engineering Managers, coaching them in people leadership, delivery management, and technical decision making.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple cross-functional teams (ideally 30 engineers for 3 years).
• Strong experience with agile/iterative product development, preferably in a product company.
• Experience of hiring, growing, and retaining engineering leaders and senior engineers.
• Solid technical background in backend or mobile product development, with ability to read and understand code (preferably Go, iOS/Android).
• Experience with system design, understanding of microservice architectures for high-load systems.
• Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Strong product sense and ability to understand user problems and business constraints.
• English B2 required.

Nice to have

• Background in A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Experience in ride hailing, mobility, maps/geo, or marketplace platforms.
