Location: Hybrid work mode in Cyprus. Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions.

What you will do

• Build and run a continuous improvement system for team performance, quality, and predictability.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Heads to achieve measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.
• Enable effective collaboration among PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Help teams adapt and apply company frameworks and ways of working.
• Proactively contribute to improving internal processes and culture.
• Facilitate cluster-level events and lead change initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery/Program management roles in product/tech environments.
• Hands-on experience in product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI tooling.
• Technical background (engineering, analytics, systems thinking).
