What you will do

• Search for IT specialists in various functions.
• Actively source candidates using diverse channels and conduct interviews.
• Interact with candidates and hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Support the adaptation process of new employees.
• Participate in other HR projects and activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting IT professionals.
• Strong presence on LinkedIn and a proven track record in sourcing and interviewing technical talent.
• Understanding the specifics of IT recruitment.
• Be able to use various sources and search tools.
• Upper intermediate English (B2).
