What you will do
- Debug and resolve customer issues by analyzing logs, querying APIs, and reviewing dashboards and monitoring tools.
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Write and maintain runbooks for critical and recurring issues.
- Identify patterns and build automations or fixes to eliminate repeat problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex bugs and represent customer needs.
- Contribute to improving support processes and tooling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Comfort debugging issues using APIs, logs, and observability tools.
- The ability to write clear documentation and runbooks.
- Scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to address recurring issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Willingness to work US Shift
