What you will do

• Oversee full scope of HR operations and administration in compliance with Singaporean legislation.
• Provide end-to-end immigration support for employment passes, visas, and proactive renewals for employees and their families.
• Manage external vendors for payroll, immigration, and insurance.
• Support global HR projects and processes, including KPIs, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Handle personal income tax filings and tax clearance proactively.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore HR Operations.
• Deep knowledge of MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and IRAS (Tax) regulations in Singapore.
• Proven track record in managing external payroll providers and complex HR reporting.
• Ability to develop and refine HR policies balancing legal requirements and high-performance culture.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify and solve risks (e.g., visa expiration, school deadlines).
• Maintain high-end service standards with a “concierge” mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience managing recruitment processes for both R&D and non-R&D roles.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner.
