You will be the engine behind operational clarity, consistency, and governance within the global HRBP organisation. Your mission:
— Free HRBPs to focus on strategic work
— Reduce execution risk
— Ensure every HR process that becomes BAU is sustainable, well-documented, and flawlessly executed
This role is the operational glue that keeps our global People ecosystem aligned, efficient, and future-ready.
What you’ll do
— Own & manage recurring HRBP-linked processes
Remote/work modes, Conflict of Interest, attrition reporting, surveys, policy workflows — you ensure each has clear ownership, consistency, and up-to-date documentation.
— Act as continuity owner for projects transitioning into BAU
You complete handovers, validate adoption, run post-implementation reviews, and close feedback loops across HR and enabling teams.
— Serve as the operational bridge across People teams
HRBPs, CoEs, HR Ops, HR Projects, Org Design, TA, Admin, Security — you make cross-functional execution smooth and accountable.
— Create and maintain HRBP tools & knowledge base
Templates, trackers, reporting standards, process guidelines, HRBP Portal.
— Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
You standardize where needed, reduce operational risk, and unlock HRBP capacity for strategic impact.
Who we’re looking for
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
— Experience in HR operations / HRBP enablement / complex HR process management within a global, matrixed organisation
— Product-thinking mindset: you design HR processes like user-centred products
— Highly analytical, fluent in numbers, expert in Google Sheets
— Crisp communicator who removes noise and delivers clarity
— Structured, detail-oriented, strong judgment, pragmatic problem-solver
— Comfortable owning governance without becoming overly administrative
— Capable stakeholder manager with cross-functional People collaboration experience
