What you will do

• Lead complex projects, technical roadmap, and architecture decisions.
• Actively contribute high-quality code to critical areas and set team standards.
• Drive technical standards, lead testing coverage, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellence.
• Own platform stability, lead major incidents, and drive root cause analysis.
• Coach team through code reviews, technical sessions, and content.
• Conduct technical interviews and represent the team in cross-functional forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with frontend technologies at scale.
• Experience as a technical lead, helping and mentoring teams.
• Experience developing a robust frontend in React.
• Ability to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions.
• Experience scaling services to millions of users.
• Understanding the complexity of web technology, constraints, UI/UX.
• Experience with State Management libraries (Mobx, Redux).
• Experience developing a backend service in Python (advantage).
