What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer security, risk, and compliance RFIs.
• Provide documentation, evidence, and responses for due diligence and assurance queries.
• Help the team curate and maintain standard response libraries and artefacts.
• Support the completion of due diligence questionnaires using approved templates.
• Ensure all responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal policies.
• Escalate complex or novel queries to subject matter experts or managers as needed.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of security, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC, DORA).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Trust Centers, Loopio).
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in Taguig City, Philippines or Bangalore, India.
