Location: Remote/Hybrid with 1 day onsite in Coventry, United Kingdom

Rate: Up to £500/day | Inside IR35

What you will do

• Lead M365 architecture design and governance aligned with enterprise standards
• Develop and finalize High-Level Designs for Exchange migration, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Partner with stakeholders across People Services and Workday HCM programmes
• Provide architectural assurance and guidance
• Act as a proactive technical leader engaging with business and IT teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely with 1 day onsite in Coventry, UK
• Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect with Microsoft 365 specialization
• Strong background in Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, security, and compliance tooling
• Experience with architectural governance processes
• English: B2 level or higher preferred

• Exposure to Workday HCM, Kallidus, Eploy, or Stream
