What you will do

• Work hands-on with Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Payments, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.
• Translate department-specific workflows into structured AI prompt systems.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for internal tools and external B2C applications.
• Build reusable prompt templates, chains, and structured outputs (JSON, schemas, decision trees).
• Embed compliance guardrails directly into prompts and collaborate with Compliance and Legal.
• Track KPIs tied to AI impact and continuously optimize prompts based on usage data and feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs in production.
• Strong experience in prompt engineering, structured prompting, and evaluation.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, crypto, payments, banking) is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure / Azure OpenAI.
• Background in crypto, trading, or financial markets.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and model limitations.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON schemas, and workflow automation.
