What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Product & Technical Consultancy team with clear priorities and quality standards.
• Provide technical governance and oversight for solution design, integration, and customization across client engagements.
• Translate business requirements into product-led, technically feasible designs aligned with platform strategy.
• Act as a senior client-facing leader supporting technical credibility and influencing decisions.
• Partner with multiple internal teams including Business Consulting, Delivery, QA, Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Drive continuous improvement through consulting assets, governance, and client feedback.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Product Consultancy, Technical Consultancy, or Solutions Architecture within software organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise solution delivery including integrations, APIs, data migration, and release processes.
• Experience leading discovery and design phases for complex client implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Comfortable operating across strategy and detail with pragmatic decision-making.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services is desirable.
